Best headlights ,, question .. not the expensive ones though

Even with normal lights, it's easy to blind a jogger or walker who's not lit up at all. I 'only' have the Ixon IQ SPeed, and I've accidentally blinded peds at the Huntley outlets (the hand raised to the eyes was a pretty good hint to drop to 'low' mode).
