Default quick attaching bike trainer?

Hi all,
Am looking for a trainer that is quick to attach and detach. To be used by a
relative indoors at work(!) after riding in each day. Are there any that are
relatively fast/easy to attach? I suggested rollers, but that idea was
rejected.
Thanks,
Kerry
