At a flea market yesterday I saw an old Schwinn bike which had been modified

Hey that reminds me! Long ago I saw a bike that had been converted to one of
those things that they use to clean up the ice in a skating rink. I am sure
it didn't work quite as well, but I remember it worked better than nothing!
