Looks like the A's didn't have it today, and except for one, they all
lost 2 seconds. Would a propellor head please calculate the odds of
that happening? Thanks.

Actually, all but 6 of the peloton lost 2 seconds on the leader in stage 6;
I only listed the first 10, in alphabetical order.
