Oh, you've never been overfat and met the clinical defo of 'obese'?
I thought you were a LC fan because of a weight problem in the past
and corrected it with the LC ketogenic diet, and lost a lot of
weight.

Sorry for my confusion or mixup..

Basically, then, DRS has not walked in the shoes of a person with a
weight problem. Thus, he knows nothing about what he speaks regarding
why some people have weight problems.

That doesn't follow. I know what causes obesity. I choose not to become
obese. I control my weight by not doing the things that cause obesity.
It's not rocket science.

so, uh, why aren't you rich? ;-D

Because you can't control what people do.
Anyone could be fit 100% to what they are genetically capable.
Few do it.
Buying a diet book doesn't melt fat.

How's the search for a bike coming along? I asked my LBS guy and he said to
look for a mountain bike. He also said that smaller wheels are stronger. We
have some guys in our riding group who have broken spoked wheels, so this
makes sense. It seems to me that you have said the crank is the part which
broke earlier. Any progress on finding a stronger crank?
