Cyclist mows down woman, breaking her hip and rides away.
The pedestrian, a 56-year-old woman, remains in hospital.
Officers particularly want to hear from anyone who saw a white bicycle in the area at that time. They would also like to speak with a man who is believed to have tried to stop the cyclist from riding away. http://www.echo-news.co.uk/news/1048..._rides _away/ |

We are told again and again, that because a cycle has much less kinetic energy compared to a car, they cannot injure people. Could it be that she is malingering? Has she fooled the hospital? Would number plates have helped identify the cyclist? |
