Default bmx to bc


i have an old bmx that i doubt i will ever touch and i would like a bc,
could i just take off the front wheel and slap some bc plates onto it?

Me too. But DK is right, most bmx bikes (the kind that you never use
cause they're a pos) have a 10 mm hub. They work, but you can't use
bedford plates on them.
