Default 3/27 Training Ride Notice: National Multiple Sclerosis Society MS150

The National MS Society, National Capital Chapter, would like to invite
everyone on these groups to join in on this weeks MS 150 Training Ride.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
Gaithersburg Cycles will provide free safety checks on your bicycle at
9:30 a.m. If you don't need a safety check, you don't need to arrive
until 10:00 a.m. When you arrive, please gather at the tennis courts
behind Gaithersburg Cycles (when you turn off of Russell Avenue to get
to the building that houses the bike shop, continue straight down the
downgrade rather than turning right to park in front of the shop, and
look for the tennis courts on the left).

At 10:00 a.m. we will caravan from the bike shop to the ride start
location about 15 minutes away.

Three route options: 11 miles, 23 miles, and 33 miles. Terrain is gently
rolling to rolling.

For directions or other future training rides, please visit
http://www.MSandYOU.org and click on the Snow Valley MS 150 Bike Tour
icon. Choose Training rides and click on the March 27 training ride for
this weeks ride.
