Default Cycling art at the Dallas Museum of Art

Posted for the sake of art................

http://www.allansgaragesale.com/dian...left_small.jpg

Designed by Dianne Laurence of Lawns of Dallas

Lawns of Dallas specializes in landscape design and maintenance for both
commercial and residential properties

"The concept for my "piece" was a family outing to the DMA (Dallas Museum of
Art) via the Katy Trail (Rails to Trails), riding through wildflowers.
Amidst all the modern art objects in the DMA Sculpture Garden is a one of a
kind hand painted bicycle with child carrier attached which is parked on
(the illusion of) a trail in a woodlands area filled with wildflowers. There
are brochures for the DMA and Katy Trail in the bike basket and child
carrier."
