Default Instructions for Shimano Flight Deck ?

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody knows where I can get instructions
for setting up a Shimano Flight Deck Computer? This is for an
Ultegra 9 speed set-up, like 6500-4. I have been able to figure
it out a bit but would like a manual to help.

Thanks for any help, A
