Coker crank length and risk of injury link?
Very interesting post. Last year I have knee injury. It was Patellofemoral syndrome in my knees. And this year I have achilles injury in one leg. I think mainly both the injury is because I has ridden more and harder than my body can tackle. My knee injury was as Nathan say because the seat high was to low. And the achilles injury this year was because of stupid riding in the hills with 110mm Cranks when I was at the Mediterranean. I had no brake on my Coker and it was descenting who destroyed my achilles this year. Hope be better to the Unicon... Now I train alternatively. Swimming, running and also has riding a little bit on my ordinary bicycle. But it's really boring... -- unijuul www.unijuul.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------ unijuul's Profile: http://www.unicyclist.com/profile/13774 View this thread: http://www.unicyclist.com/thread/50332 Posted Via Usenet.com Premium Usenet Newsgroup Services ---------------------------------------------------------- http://www.usenet.com |
