Part number from the inside of the Shimano arm?
It starts FC-M or FC-A something. Is it double or triple?

Veloce are 111 symmetric which I suppose you already measured.

Both the bottom bracket and crankset are triple.

Cheers

Veloce uses the same 111mm spindle for double and for triple.

If it's an FC-M450 for example you'll need an asymmetric
117.5mm spindle (conveniently called BB-M450 in Shimanoese).

Odd. For some reason Andrew Muzi is forgetting that Campagnolo bottom brackets use the ISO taper. While Shimano cranksets and bottom brackets use the JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) taper. I cannot recall right now which is thinner and which is thicker. So not sure if the Shimano crank will slide on a bit too far or not far enough onto the Campagnolo Veloce bottom bracket. Not sure if the crank will slide too far onto the bottom bracket and make the bolt bottom out on the end of the bottom bracket and not on the crank.
