cyclists stopped at a red light, something that never happens.

Not just that but cyclists aren't supposed to give way to pedestrians
but to go past them at full speed screaming abuse.

He seems to do a lot of unnecessary emergency stopping, where he might
otherwise have taken evasive action. Is he trying to prove something?
A couple of his other videos show other cyclists riding into the back of
him, and I'm not surprised.
