Default Sealed wheel bearings

Are there any special tools necessary to remove and replace sealed front
wheel bearings? Can anyone provide a link to replacement instructions?

For what hubs? That is a key difference in what tools you might need.
If you have a Phil Wood FSA, you need two 5 mm Allen wrenches. If you
have an older Phil hub, a hydraulic press is handy. If you have Mavic
hubs, yet a different answer. Etc.

Many are just a rubber gasket that doesn't change repair at all.

I am a retired machinist and usually I can reverse think most mechanical
items. I found that my dent puller/slide hammer has a 1/4 inch thread on the
end. I replaced the self tapping screw with a 1/4 cap screw and the head was
small enough to go through the axle hole. I then used the under side of the
cap screw and slide hammer around the inner race of the bearing.

The wheels are Rolf Vector Comp (standard issue on a 2001 Trek 5200). The
hubs have a Rolf decal on them (no other manufacturer designation). The
bearings are 6903RS.
