Sweet 16
So today was the first day in a while that I felt comfortable in the
53x16 for some good long stretches. Nice! 16 Is the sweet spot. Paid for it on the way back, of course, but never had to go to the small ring. Anyway, here's a lesson: getting back into shape after almost 2 years of inactivity takes a while. Not there yet. |

What distances? And how many times a week? It's nice weather and I have a few weeks off, so 6x/week 55 to 75 km. Perhaps I'll do 120 on Sunday aiming for 30 average. Btw, the bike computer was dead when I checked before the first ride of the year so I left it off and haven't put it back since. I like it. Hey, I don't want to bore the crowd any further with *training* details; this is rb.racing after all. |
