Bike trails in Nashville

I have not been on it at the Nashville end but the Natchez Trace was
good ride down south ten years ago. It's a highway, but not much
traffic and very historical.

My sister and brother-in-law moved recently to the eastern side of
Nashville and one of the places he mentioned to ride was the Trace.
Might be OK at the northern end, also.

Plenty of bike clubs around there. My brother-in-law is a UAL pilot
who doesn't work 8 to 5, but he finds club rides every day of the
week. Probably just wants to get away from my sister, but I can
understand that. LOL
