The guy who wins decides road usage.

The five trolls we have here do not cycle at all and so we would win
hands down.

You can never win an argument with a moron, they're too stupid to
realise that they've lost.
Just look at the Medway handjob wittering on about "road tax", despite
being told on many occasions that there is no such tax.

Why not tell Bret about the kill-file program which you wrote for Google
Groups.

What did you say it was written in - COBOL?

Simon Mason used to post from BP Chemicals where he works.
He repeatedly said that he was wasting BP's time; and not his own
time - like other posters were.
After the BP AGM in April 2012 Mason suddenly stopped posting from
a BP IP address. People have asked why - but he won't say :-)

Does he perhaps just know it is a term used by the Government and there is
nothing wrong with it?

Or does he keep using the term as he knows it winds up ****wits !!

Difficult call.

It's his only way of getting it up.

That'll be the government policy of writing for the average Sun
reader, Vehicle Excise Duty being too difficult a concept for some to
comprehend.

Or does he keep using the term as he knows it winds up ****wits !!

I don't think he winds anyone up, just causes some sad shaking of
heads and rolling of eyes.

Lets have a thinking test instead.

The psycholists here would fall at the first hurdle.

I've noticed that with cyclists. Too thick to realise they have lost.

Just look at the Medway handjob wittering on about "road tax", despite
being told on many occasions that there is no such tax.

Q: Can you use the vast majority of cars on a public 'road' without
paying a specific extra 'tax'?

A: No.
