Default Plywood gear template

For those building plywood bicycles, this might be of interest:
http://woodgears.ca/gear_cutting/template.html
Check "animate" box.

The downloadable version is $26 and will do a chain and sproket:
http://woodgears.ca/gear/index.html
http://woodgears.ca/gear/video.html

It was used to make this musical abomination:

Soon, everyone will be riding plywood bicycles.

It isn't the wooden gears that are the problem it is the wooden chain
that is hard to build :-)

See where the latest Viking site holds a chunk of bog iron. Droogs One on PBS.

Big news is Brown is up for VP.

FYI search

architectural plywood

aircraft plywood

adding hardwood n spruce as necessary.

we acquired various from our upper incomes levels dumpster. Thin aircraft spruce is AAA in stock.

I don't think there is any future for these items. After all, Jorge
