Default Speedplay Zero Hotspot

Feet, legs, joints, muscles, etc. change over time and with use.
You could try lowering the seat a little bit to relieve pressure on the
sole of the foot. Worked for me to clear up a similar hotspot with
Speedplay X-type pedals.
