Default Look CX-7 Locking Tabs

Recently, while placing an order from Supergo, I inquired if it was
possible to obtain replacement locking tabs for Look CX-7 pedals.
Since spending a fortune on them several years ago, I have broken or
lost the tabs on both axles. The most informed gentleman taking my
order (Park PRS-20) mentioned that he had seen it discussed on
RBTech. If so, perhaps someone could give me the source. Without the
tabs, the pedals float to the right, leaving the left one with minimal
Q and the right one with max. If I can't find suitable replacements,
I'll just safety wire them in position. Had I known that the fragile
tabs were so prone to breakage, I'm not sure that I would have spent
the money. I do however like the ability of changing the platform
angle. I unexpectedly found that positive 1.5 (meaning that the
outside of the foot is higher than the inside) feels more stable than
zero (0) or flat footed and have been riding at that angle since
initial experimentation some years ago. As a frequent reader in the
background, I'd also like to pass along my thanks form maintaining a
very informative board at the same time keeping a modicum of civility.

Say "hello" when you pass me by.

Default Look CX-7 Locking Tabs

Hey, awhile back I posted seeking information on replacement parts for
CX7s and that could be what someone saw. Unfortunately, I didn't get
any repsonses. I think I even tried to reach Look. I never could find
them, though, and I too have given up on the CX7s and will move onto
the new Time pedals next. If you do find somewhere to get the tabs,
please post.

PS You can replicate the cant you get from the CX7 +1.5 by using Le
Wedge, made by Lemond, between your cleat and shoe.
