You got pulled over for not having a light? OMG In the 10 years I've
been riding instead of driving I've only been pulled over once, and
that was for running 5 consecutive stop lights. I never use a light,
except when my girlfriend makes me.

1) riding sans lights at night when other traffic is around is probably
not the smartest thing to do
2) The city of Atlanta in particular is really cracking down on cyclists
without lights. It ****es off some of my buddies, but I'd prefer them
to have lights and make it home, even if it takes polices officers and
the judicial system to convince them.

gee, I wonder why drivers of cars dislike riders of bicycles?
Ever almost get smacked by a car coming out of a side street? maybe
just after you ran a red light. Why do some 'cyclists' think it's ok to
ignore these thiongs that are in place to PROTECT YOU?

A headlight costs about $13, NOT macho to be hit by a car(I have ya
know).
