hey luke what are some tips on 540 unispins?

and for catching flips early? doing the bigger sets is hard without
catching flips.

Cant think of much for 540 unispins, just figure out your hands so you
dont let the seat go, and go for it.

As for catching flips early... try catching no footers early, its
pretty easy. I guess just flip high and fast then pull up on the seat.

WTF I posted saying it was Hugo's video and he was a guy and no a girl.

Oh, and Spencer and Hugo, your not the only ones that have been taken
for a girl, I had long hair past in the time, but short is soo better,
it's way more comfy, and a lot less hot.

Again, sorry...got confused. Anyway...I agree with your statement about
short hair. I have short hair and perfer it over long ANY DAY.

You don't let the seat go when you 540 unispin? I didn't know that was
possible, unless you switch hands in the middle somewhere. I just spin
it a little past 180 and let it go. Sometimes if it spins a little off
axis it falls over.

I switch hands after 360 degrees, but I'm always in contact with it.

Just after 7 months of riding? Wow, I've ridden about the same time,
but I'm not even nearly as good as he is. I can't do 2 meter drops,
jump over 80 cm, do smallspins, 360s, do a 8 sets and stuff. I can do 1
m drop, jump 40-50 cm, 180s and clear 5 or 6 set. Yeah, I haven't
practised much for awhile, but that's crazy anyway.

No, I've been riding for 9 months now, but this movie was filmed over 7
months. It's not that impressive, a friend of mine has been riding for
1 month and is about equal to me (I have to say, he has a really good
teacher ). He will soon become the next World Champion I'm sure...

I think that using a 20" bmx wheelset instead of a trials wheelset on
street unis would open up more possiblities for street riding. They're
easier to spin and flip because of the lighter wheel and they make
reverts(does anyone else use this term yet) easier. Oppinions?

I previously learned to crankflip, and wanted to take it further off of
a ledge. so i went to my neighbors house where they have a 3' ledge,
and i went to crankflip off of it, and the cranks turned, and in med
air, i lost balance, and sucked my feet up so i wouldn't kill my legs.
my feet went onto the crown in the middle of the air, and the cranks
were still turning. i hit the ground and the impact forced my legs down
to the cranks, and i hopped twice trying to keep my balance, and then i
fell.

i would like to see someone intentionally accomplish that. a
crankflip, then suck your legs up to the crown, then put ur legs back
down to land it.

i could call it, a ralley flip.

Thats what I am riding now...as of today actually. I just finished
putting it together.
This is my setup:
*Seat*: Wallis CF base with treaded inserts with CF bumper and modified
KH handle (to fit the same bolt pattern)
*Post*: 25.4 primo
*Frame*: Cool long neck frame that Evan made me with a huge crown for
stand up stuff
*Hub/cranks*: kh 05 127mm (really good for flatland)
*Rim*: Odyssey 7ka
*Tire*: Currently a red kenda kontact but I will probably be changing
it
*Pedals*: White plastics

I am riding it at a high(ish) pressure, I think its just below 40psi. I
am finally getting used to it. Its a much smoother ride, everything
feels more exact and less mushy.
