earth are you complaining about? It's not like the "one-man
operation" has a $50,000,000 annual budget.
He has friends, and spreads the word effectively. The UK equivalent is
essentially a one woman operation and has received around half a million
dollars' worth opf public funding in the last four years.
If you think Randy is into advertising more than accuracy, do the
seneible thing and ignore his web site.

Sorry dude - if he has a one-man operation, putting out random
thoughts, that is by definition not serious.
Try Googling on helmet topics and see how often BHSI crops up.
