Opportunity arises, hands down the back of the lycra - handful of **** - on the windscreen - job done. They really are dirty *******s. |

Do you know what evidence is? And do you know what "allegedly" means? It is necessary to ask you those things because you use the word "allegedly" squarely on the basis of the evidence given, then claim that there is no evidence. I'll give you a hint: evidence and proof are not the same thing. There most certainly IS evidence that it happened - the allegation by the victim. You might choose - for your own reasons - to dismiss it, but that doesn't mean that it isn't evidence. It is, in fact, a textbook example of evidence. So no evidence or proof or whatever for the alleged poo throwing incident. Thanks for your support. Just another dangerous driver trying to blame the victim by catering to the unwashed masses prejudiced view of cyclists. That is truly magnificent. Why on Earth would the victim make such an outlandish claim (for outlandish it certainly would be if it were not true)? The victim has made no claim. The rest of your asperger post is snipped and I cannot be bothered to get into another one of My Teddy Bear is Bigger than Yours argument, so you win. |
