Default 1996 Bianchi Ti with Ginormous Downtube

This was a reparto corse built bike. Anyone know any details, i.e.,
weight, suitability for 200+ pound riders, quality of frame
construction, etc....?

Bianchi Ti Megatube? Isn't that the one Riis or someone broke, and
threw into the grass?
