U23 Start List
How do they decide the number of riders from each country? The US has only
3 spots where countries like Japan, Canada, Slovakia, Norway, Latvia, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Czech Republic, Poland, Colombia, MOLDAVIA, Estonia, Portugal, Denmark and Ireland all with 4 or more. Even MEXICO has 4 starters in the U23 road race! Nothing against Mexican riders but I don't recall seeing much in the way of U23 results from our amigos to the south.
