Default Wisconsin...? dorks from Wisconsin MTBing?

hahaha, aaaaaaahhhhhhhhaaaaa hahahaha...

First of all, Wisconsin geeks, you have to have mountains to MTB, and
you don't have that in Wisconsin... You have FIBs, and flatlands, and a
big fat lake, but nothing deserving a MTB, especially ignitor tires...
muwhahahahaha...

MTBing in Wisconsin, I never heard of anything so funny in my life...I
suppose it would be fun to MTB over some FIBs though... They make nice
jumps...

anyone don't know what a FIB is just ask...

just curious if anyone in here has ridden the conti. vapor 29 or the
maxxis ignitor 29? i saw them both at interbike and they both looked to
be solid tires. the vapor looked a little low in air volume people seem
to really like the 26 inch version.

The ignitor 29 isn't in the shops yet, I've heard that they are
currently in production and should be available in a few weeks.

The tires rode well, they are in the light weight world with good bite
and volume. the issues i had with them were sidewalls wearing out
quickly- Central PA trails eat light tires in under 30hrs of riding.
Maxxis kids listened and should be making a few changes...nice ride-
looking forward to getting another set...Eric (not Frank)ROman

I agree, the Ignitors looked pretty sweet at IB. Can't wait to graba a
set. I've got a Vapor. Nice tire, rides well for its lack of air
volume. Good traction in almost all conditions. I think its a good tire
for the lighter wieght folks. At 220lbs, I think it was a bit too small
for me. I've got pretty rocky/rooty terrain here in SW WI.
