How do you pack your BOB trailer for the airlines?

Greetz,

Haven't called the airline yet. What was your experience?
Did you put it in a cardboard box? Does it fit in a bike box?
Or something else, or nothing at all?

I leave the BOB at home, and take the Bykaboose: it folds flat.
