Default Cyclist may face assault charge for throwing litter at a motorist

The motorist was not too happy and the not so brave, compo cam cyclist
wobbled away rather than finish what he started.

Two unpleasant people in search of each other?

I am not supportive in the slightest of littering (quite the opposite).
However, the idea of a cyclist lecturing others on the law is too
laughable for words and the idea that he could not see that for himself
is doubly risible.
