The general public are fed up with cyclists, especially when they are
obstructing the road and texting !!

Your basis for such a ridiculous claim? Hint: citing anecdotes does
not constitute evidence.

That link is about two people assaulting a young girl, not about the
general public being fed up with anything.
Did you read it?

Do you actually read what you post links to? The cyclist said they
weren't using the phone

“She was very aggressive and was claiming I was on my phone. I had my
phone in my hand but I was not on it."

The driver was found guilty, and convicted of road rage. There is no
evidence that the cyclist was obstructing the road, or texting.

Do you know Blinco Grove? If you cycle to avoid car doors opening,
it's not really possible for a car to pass you.

were the people members of the general public? Yes.
Were they annoyed at a cyclist? Yes.
Was the incident involving a cyclist obstructing the road while doing
something dangerous? Yes.

What is your confusion?

No, there is no evidence in the report you posted a link to for
this. The driver was found guilty of road rage, the cyclist said they
were not texting.

What were they doing that was dangerous?

The confusion is your inability to read.
Does it not worry you that when you read something, you see it
differently to everybody else?

About half of the things you post are simply not related to the links
you provide.
Here, one woman getting annoyed at a cyclist does not mean "The
general public are fed up with cyclists"

there seem to be more and more similar events, which shows a general trend.

The plural of "anecdote" is not "data". You still have zreo basis for
making the claim you do.

Can you cite the statute for the offence of 'road rage'? :-)
