They're out - I've got 2009 Veloce levers on my CX bike. Only thing I
don't like about them is that it's too quiet pulling cable for the RD.
I like loud, tactile clunks for my shifts.


Couldn't get your hands on red-badged Record levers?

I suppose I could get one of those retrofit kits. I've been meaning to
convert my 9-speed Veloces to 10-speed anyway, kill 2 birds with one
shifter rebuild...

We have these, BTW, including Red springs. 10s Shift disc plus 10s
front toothed bushing and the springs and bob's yer uncle.
