Just a newspaper report and a photo and he's guilty? HANG HIM!

Damn. And this from the guy who thinks the death penalty for selling
weed in Singapore is A-OK.

BTW, he did do it. There is no question that he did it. The only
question is whether he intended to do it. And even if he didn't intend to
do it, he at least violated the traffic laws resulting in the death of
five cyclists and the littering of the street with their bodies -- which
is probably a capital offense in Singapore.

I think littering gets you five years in the electric chair in Singapore.

Nope. Littering and spitting on the sidewalk is a $1,000 fine. And,
while it may be difficult to imagine, Singapore has clean streets.

It is also a $1,000 fine for talking on a hand phone while driving
with out a "hands free" and, or, sending text messages while driving,
and again, very, very, very, few cases where someone ran into a
bicycle while using a hand phone.

Oh, yes, Singapore is still hanging them. No electric chair :-)

Most bicycle accident fatalities were hit from a rearward approach to casualty.

? T/F ?

The cycle cannot visually avoid, is usually unidentified.

From Wolleck to the Palm Beach Cycle Club's leader.

The behavioral theory I advanced with bird field observations supplies a firm background for most of the last ...my bird whistles agreement ...3 weeks anomalies. 'That' the driver is a Pickett ...

I am directly affected by Orlando's descent from a town with climate to a main bowl as the place grew to a spreading accumulator of goons thugs and dysfunctionals. Use of the adjacent forest for research, of Titusville for KSC is now severely limited where the area was small town America.

Analagous to Portland.

Possible the shooter was given the AR, encouraged to use it 'because' 'that' is 'funny'

Hanging does indeed stop recidivism.

My subject wandered as I looked over the green waterlogged meadow sky French painter blue white blobs of columnars floating in from the Gulf....and I left out the meat

which is again the narrow bikelane, tree shading at 6:30 is a difficult ID for the oncoming vehicle, a space where strobes are necessary: strobes overcoming necessary visual readjustment for light dark light dark.

Customarrily, a factor for placing responsibility on the cyclist. For operating a vehicle without adequate lighting.

Placing blame for this on the vehicle operator ? For not seeing an unseeable bicycle ?

No, hanging doesn't "stop" it. But it certainly reduces the numbers of
participants.
