Tour de Suburbs

was at a loose end last night and decided to check out the tour d
suburbs ride, was a pretty cool ride, some nice hills;

points of interest;
.bit freaky hurtling down hills in the pitch black just following re
blinking lights

.have to do it about 10 times before I had any idea where the hell
was! I started from SBR and from leaving yarra boulevard I was lost,
remember being completely lost and one stage just following people an
then all of a sudden we are riding along the yarra boulevarde again
weird.

.its a very bumpy ride! as I rode into the driveway and look down an
see both the front and back skewers flopping about, will do those u
tighter then.

.someones tyre exploded at one stage, I think, scared the bejesus ou
of me

cool ride, different, and pretty socialable, good tempo ride and the
those hill races, very nice, couldn't get enough oxygen in at on
stage

I KNOW!! I can't belieeeeeeeeeve they ride throught the Blvd in th
dark!! It is pitch black, bumpy and ****!

I wasn't there last night, but when I do it, I meet them after the
cross the Eastern Fwy, near Chandler Hwy, then I dump them when we ge
back to the Chandler.

Was me big "grinder" mate on the black Principia there in his Panasoni
shirt? He goes alright up hills for a big bloke. :

Agreed, but there are lines to pick that make it smooth.. only takes about
200 rides to figure them out
