the LANCE ALWORTH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM by lance and chris carmichael and
most improtantly pete nye
is clearly written and informative: so much so that note dewdew should
be made of it so here it is. reading this category often leaves the
reader wondering what soup can label or revelations on man's future but
not this beauty. herein lies the answer.

I guess you didn't hear that the brown acid is not specifically too
good.

You've gotta be over 40 to get the reference here... ; )

yeah clearly written, inmformative, and applicable-
one can read thru the info pickout what's needed for the personal
program
and apply carmichael's experience
example-i'm short timed but have excellent recovery from 110% sprints
with a HD commuters load over a ride distance of 10-50 miles.
if i could double the time and increase cumulative speed from 18 to 25
mph
say to run the difficult road stretch between traffic clots
well then there's an answer for it in the Alworth-Nye book
if not to be the runner averaging 13 over 13

More alworth-nye

Carmichael's insight is impressive as is his ability to quantify the
broad spread of performance characteristics into doable, clear, concise
categories-
And holy cow! The reader can understand what he's talking bout. No
mean feet to take this jumble and convert each movement into coherent
quanta
Thru nye off course.
Proof of the pudding Alworth would make a good test driver
With the ergo meter and computer work from the usa bike center.
Remarkable work - classic - the material works.
With the book, I came upon a new stretch idea- stretch wearing
earplugs!! This is novel - try it
