I vote for doing away with the term "backflip". I think it's stupid.

Why not call them heelflips? I know you don't use your heels to flip
them, but they do flip towards your heels. Makes more sense then
"backflip", which, as you may know, means something else totally
different.

I think something along the line of Heelflip would be much better for
backflips.

But we don't even use the heel... And if we're going to call it a
heelflip then are we going to rename crankflips kickflips?! No way.

BUT, something along those lines would be better, so many non-riders
get confused with backflips.

Reverse flip is alright. But just say back crank flip if you don't want
it confused, just like we say flip to abbreviate crank flip.

rearward crankflip, rearflip, backside flip, backside crankflip, they
all sound better than backflip cause any non rider will assume
something much greater if you tell them you can back flip a unicycle.
not saying it cant be done though but first i need to master my
backflips whist not on a unicycle

Backflip shouldn't be changed, cause it's just a crankflip but
backwards, it makes perfect sense

Btw, "Tre" means three in swedish, so I'm gonna stick with TreFlip and
TreSpin

Well I dont want or mean to step on any toes. When I hear "Outback". I
think of "'the Outback' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outback)" the
remote and arid areas of Australia. I have no intentions of ****ing off
any Australians or whoever first did an Outback. I just think Aussie
flip sounds better than Outback.

Sorry if its out of line, just a notion.

I will gladly just keep it to personal use.

Change it!!! I like the name

But what if someone lands a real backflip(body flip) on a unicycle.
What then

Well you know how when someone lands a trick first, they get the right
to name it. Well How about who ever lands a backflip "has" to rename
backflips... we shall call it the backflip curse. haha.

Really I dont think it is a big deal. We can say back crank flip, if we
NEED to, its usually compounded with other tricks like out-back,
hick-back, so its not like it should be a big issue.
