Default Cavendish under dificult circumstances...

What a performance. It looked like the whole columbia leadout was caught
out at the last roundabout as they took the longer way around and lost the
front. MC lost his team several times, and had to work his way back to the
front in the last K. The kid is not to be denied, and overcame his bad luck
and (possibly) his own errors. Gotta love it.

Im pointing out that it's more more than the final 100 meters indicates. He
had to work extra hard to get into position before he blew the others away.
