how do i put videos n the gallery?

i made a video but i dont know how to post it here?

CLick on the gallery link, when you get there there will be a very small
link around the top right corner of the screen that says my album so
click it...when you get there on the left column of the page there will
be a link that says add item.......click on that and from there its
self explanitory
