I could not find an U.S. vendors who sell it.

GoOutdoors have 67 retail stores across the UK that carry Calibre bikes as well as Raleigh, Diamondback and other camping and outdoor gear.

None on Ebay or Amazon either.

I checked the owner's manual/warranty and found that for
possible warranty situations, "contact any GO Outdoors store".
