Default Killer drivers on mobiles to get life

Drivers who kill while using a mobile phone will face life sentences
under penalties aimed at curbing deaths caused by dangerous or careless
behaviour behind the wheel.

That sounds a tad harsh.

It's ludicrous. A life sentence is for deliberate killing, you know, murder.

Yes, like shooting a gun down Whitefriargate on a Saturday afternoon and "accidentally" killing someone.

Would you like to include those who drive at 120mph (as you do) and kill
somebody?
Those who drive through a red light on a pedestrian crossing (as you do)
because YOU can't see any pedestrians crossing and kill somebody?
Thought not.

If you're incapable of seeing a pedestrian and need a light to tell you when you can go, it's YOU who shouldn't be driving.

Tell us what you said before about being incapable of reversing your van.

then every 4 weeks it does it's own oil change. It's just a pity that the management system is so ****ing temperamental! -- Dr. Hermann Otto Kloepneckler, M.D., Ph.D.

That has the intention of killing.

It's a public newsgroup, anyone can make fun of your poor driving abilities.

46 years driving now. Would you like me to post your driving record again?
I looked and I did not see the cowardly caravan dweller Bod replying to me.
I'll look again.
