ok, to some, this is over kill.

Looking at that, I think ... "there is no trail hazzard that will stop me."

Now for a lid....

does anyone know where you can get a helmet in which it is simmular to a
motorcycle helmet where there is a visor and you do not need glasses or
goggles?

It'll be too hot.
I bought a Fox Tracer helmet for DH....
It's basically sold for cycling, but conforms to various motorcycle racing
specfications, so it's tough...
