I cant get it to play on windows media player, is that because my
Windows media player is mest up or is it sapost to be played on somthing
dif.

The video is encoded using the DivX codec so you need the DivX decoder
installed to be able to play it.

You can download the free version of the DivX codec from 'DivX.com'
(http://www.divx.com/)
'Version for Windows 98 and ME'

'Version for Windows 2000 and XP'
(http://www.divx.com/divx/play/download/)
You only need the play bundle which is free. You do not need to install
the trial version that includes the converter.

Or you can try the freeware 'ffdshow' (http://tinyurl.com/mnf1) filter.
It can play DivX videos. The link is to an alpha prerelease version
that gets updated often. It may be buggy.

The link is still in his gallery. If Xavier had removed it himself I
would expect that he would have removed the link and all mention of it
from the video gallery.

More likely it is just temporarily disabled because the file is on a
free hosting server. Probably triggered a bandwidth warning when all of
a sudden everyone here tried to download it. If that's the case then
the file should be back at some point after the initial rush of download
attempts is over.

I've waited 12 hours, trying several times at 3 hour intervals (or
something to that effect) and it's still not workin... Is there any
alternative to downloading it from Xavier's site?
