Certainly a computer without a keyboard would be a blessing... for
those that aren't either intelligent enough or lack the mechanical
dexterity to learn to type.

Which appears to be somewhat of a regression.

But of course, to carry that to it's extreme it would require a
population that couldn't walk, talk or chew gum.
