What thicknesses do chain ring spacer washers come in?

I say this because I put spacers under my chain ring and now it shifts
beautifully.

I had a Biopace 28-38-48 and a Deore XT. No trouble. Switched to Rocket Rings
24-36-52. Yuk. Looked around for help. Got TA 24-35-51 and an R443 from Sheldon
Brown.com. Sheldon agreed a spacer might help so I tried them and they did.

My reasoning was the _slope_ changes as you change ring sizes. So at the risk
of losing the chain in that gap created, moving the bigger ring over helps
maintain the slope the derailer likes to work with.

Now, what might that slope be? 45 degrees? Or something else?

Anyway, now I can consider what size washer is best. So I need to know the
thicknesses available. So I asked the above question. Twice.

I'm done now.

Hey, cool! What an assortment. I'll assume those I put in were 0.6 mm in
calculations.
