Default Reflective clothing mandatory?

Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is anywhere in the world where the wearing of
specific reflective or hi-vis clothing is mandatated for cycling (either for
adults or children)? This is not a question about the standard
lighting/reflectivity requirements for the bicycle as a vehicle itself, but
rather on the rider's attire.

Cheers
Gemm

I've certainly never heard of such a thing, and I've been interested in
night riding issues for a long time.

I doubt such a law would exist, simply because reflective clothing is
very rare.

In spain you can put the reflecting stuff ether on the bike or on your
clothes. But I would not call this mandatory reflective clothing
according to your definition.
