So tomorrow, just to prove a point, Contador drops Lance in the TTT?

Well, it does say "could".
The linked article http://www.bikeradar.com/news/articl...ch-racer-22304
is quite interesting. I was sitting there explaining crosswinds to
Angus the 3-year-old (new words this week: "bunch", "gap", "points
sprinter", expert analysis: "He needs to go careful. He could fall
off again and hurt himself" (to rider off the back after minor crash
in stage 2) when the break went. You can clearly see on the playback
the 20 or so riders who got the gap, then some detritus, then a gap
and on the right-hand side there is a single-file while on the left,
the second echelon forms a few seconds later. It looks like Contador
only had Kloden and Leipheimer for company and nobody else was willing
or able to drive the bunch. So he had no chance - not enough time to
form an echelon and nobody to do it for him. With hindsight, should
have had another teammate to sit inside, but when the acceleration
goes it is never clear if it will be strong enough to make a gap, so
you do just have to follow.

Well done. Your little dumbass now knows more about bike racing than
the most active poster in rbr.

kloden would've been a good man to take contador to the break- maybe
there was a language barrier ?

I wouldn't think language was a problem.

Maybe Klodie er kann Spanischen nicht sprechen
and Kontador él no puede hablar alemán

_But_ by the time riders have reached the level of this pair, they
certainly know the French terminology for the commonly used Bikie
expressions as they are used virtually universally, often even when two
riders with the same Mother Tongue are speaking to each other.

The Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act would criminalize free
speech on the Internet if it can be deemed in any way to have been
“harmful” to an individual. This represents the end of political
blogging and free speech on the world wide web.
