Another cycle rage attack and then he cycles off anonymously. Best
deterrent is registration, you know it makes sense.

This is why many road users are now thinking about onboard video.
Hopefully the car driver had the presence of mind to capture this thug on a
mobile phone and there can be a blogosphere campaign to bring him to
justice.

For using his mobile phone while driving?


Is it an offence to take a photograph whilst driving?

If so, perhaps m'learned friend could specify the relevant legislation?
