"Royal Navy veteran Roy Galvin, from Alverstoke, Hampshire, was taken to the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth following the incident in Bury Road, Gosport, on Sunday. The 69-year-old had been with his wife when the argument broke out with cyclist Duncan Snellgrove during which he was allegedly pushed over and hit his head on the road.
