You would only need to do it for a couple of weeks to have a massive impact upon the problem. |

This should do the job https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raufoss_Mk_211 No need to automate the system, just have snipers who set up near speed cameras at random. That way you can aim so the Zirconium takes out the driver and the penetrator 'immobilises' the engine. |
