Default Not Much In the Way of Statute Or Case Law Yet So the Private SectorCan Legally Impound Scooters

When GPS becomes more accurate the scooters can be made to shut down before they get near entrances, ramps, etc.

Scooter companies could start taking orders now from larger properties like hotels, hospitals, etc. that don't want them blocking the sidewalk.

You see more and more extra curricular, government as a weapon of last resort developments in the U. S.

Part of this is the national media trying to make as big a mockery of government as possible, trivialize politics, jerryspringer voters in their incessant effort to deprive the public from any share of power whatsoever.

The public responds with GoFundMe border walls, etc.
