Default Any Niagara Falls Region Cyclists Here?

....If so, can anyone provide me with a basic, no nonsense route, perhaps 50
miles (80km) each way, from some point south of the Canadian Falls right up
to the observation deck, preferably along the Niagara River Recreation
Trail?

Please, PLease, PLEASE do not refer me to any of the websites for the trail,
as they are all very poorly constructed and way too complicated to follow if
you're not from that region. They also insist on blurring every ride
description with a gazillion "alternative" or "optional" side trips.

I simply want to start somewhere near or north of Buffalo and take a one or
two day ride along the Niagara River to the little tourist trap area that
surrounds the Canadian side of the falls.

I'd be taking my wife, so we'll need places to pee, places to stop for
leisurely meals, and, maybe, some clean hotel choices along the way. She
also doesn't like to be too far from civilization at any time during a bike
trip.

Is this possible? Do I need to do this trip solo? Is it worth traveling
from Long Island, New York (via train, most likely) to do this?

Thanks, all!
